It’s not showing in the EA app for me. I don’t know why I even bother trying to get the new packs at 1.

FYI, someone else used the workaround of buying it at the online EA store website, and was then able to download it. And some people (definitely not all) could restart the app and it showed.

For those not seeing the SP on EA app, can you please clear the EA app cache and let me know if that helps?

Team is looking into this now.

It finally showed up for me! I opened & closed my game, so I'm not sure if that helped or if it was just ironic timing, lol. I'll probably try to wait a bit before I purchase any future packs, though.

What a complete farce. Had to open, close and reload the EA app multiple times before, 40 minutes later, it showed up in game in the stuff packs on the main menu and managed to buy there. Thanks for the tip Simdork23.
Still not showing up in the EA App. This has happened countless times with multiple packs. It really does need sorting out.

It showed up on my EA app but you couldn't click it. It was there when I went into Add Ons and downloaded straight away for me. I must of been lucky.
No time to play tonight tho :'(

finally done adulting and downloading, obviously I have to rewatch some H'lls Kitchen hehe.

Some thoughts:

CAS - I don’t care for the new hairstyles at all, but some of the clothes are really cute!
Build/Buy - The new items are really beautiful, & although the color is slightly darker than I would like, I can just about make my dream kitchen, lol. My only complaints are that 1. We should have gotten a proper corner cabinet with the corner shelves as a separate piece. & 2. I would have liked a new dining table & chairs, as well as a barstool to make the kitchen feel more complete.

I haven’t tried the gameplay yet as I’ve been too busy renovating all of my sims’ kitchens, lol, but I’m hoping to soon! Overall, it’s a pretty good pack!

I tried and my Sims are addicted to pumpkin spice waffles now!!! It's winter in my game so I have them waffles picked pumpkin spice because it's the craze now everywhere and now my Sims are addicted lol. Can't wait for chicken and waffles.

Well, I got my days mixed up and have been sat here this morning thinking I had to wait til 6pm to get it haha. Duh!
