Am I the only one that has a hard time creating decent looking male sims that produce normal looking offspring? I even notice this when I make a female sim, the nose will look normal on the female but...

I don't know why but it in the sims 3 I used to make pretty decent looking male sims. For whatever reason in the sims 4 the males just look weird.
