Horses in horse ranch a new way of transportation?

I was just wondering if sims could ride their horses to different lots and venues as a means of transportation. Or do horses just gallop and stay on the lots they live on? Like if I choose to travel i...

I have a small qualm about wanting more lots but that’s because I hate agonizing over which of the prebuilt lots get bulldozed for the builds I have in mind.
