House request

Hi, I have a request for a house. Could someone please build this house for me? https://www.trulia.com/home/106-s-10th-st-montrose-ia-52639-93877677 I could build it myselfbut I’m not that great at building. It has a floorplan listed to show the layout. This house used to belong to my dad before he sold it a few years ago. Now the new owners are selling it. I thought I’d have a sims version of it  in memory of it. As you’ll see in some of the images of the yard there is a ditch out front stretching across the yard. If anyone could do this it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
