How can I get my male Sim pregnant by my female Alien?

Sul Sul fellow Simmers! :)

I want my male Sim to get pregnant by my female Alien. How can I make sure that the male Sim carries the baby?
I have already set the CAS options so that he, as a male Sim, can get pregnant.

Did you change in CAS so that she can impregnate him? Then just try for baby

Years ago, before the update that gave us the CAS feature, I had an alien couple. When I had them try for baby, they both ended up pregnant. I'm not sure if that's changed or not.

If I'm not mistaken, the settings in CAS doesn't include alien pregnancies. I can't remember where or when I saw that.
