How do I get Guidry and Temperance to stop coming around?

If I remove the lot trait of being a haunted house will that cease all ghostly visitations?  At this point my two sims living in the haunted house are over the ghosts although the tingles they give a...

If you change the lot to a regular residential instead of haunted residential lot, it should stop the hauntings which should include Temperance. Guidry shouldn't visit either with regular residential lot trait unless you call him. If you are level 5 medium you can place a seance circle during your job as paranormal investigator if you got the license from Guidry. You can still call Guidry and/or bonehilda on the circle when doing a gig to help you out.
