How do I replace randomized townies with ones that I create?

Recently I made a new save file that I play RELIGIOUSLY, but one thing bothers me and thats the hideous randomized townies. Their clothing is terrible, especially the hot and cold weather outfits, and...

Sometimes the best solution isn't to eliminate them but to edit them into your own townies. You can edit townie households through Manage Households > Not in World
