i'd suggest - just stop paying attention to those patients living cause it's of no consequence if you just care to fulfill the objectives for your promotion, even if it is having a talk with a coworker, that's the most important thing - the objectives the game is giving you to fulfill this is the only important stuff, patients living isn't
my doctor is meantime at level 9, so i must be doing it right, right ? :wink:
& play with the pause key inbetween !,
right after your doctor fulfilled a task hit the pause key & order your sim to go straight for the next task, even if it means that your current patient won't get cured because you have to care for another one
at the end of the doctor's day it doesn't count how many patients your sim has diagnosed correctly & not how many are healed but if your sim was able to reach the gold status fulfilling the given tasks
