This is late, but actually there is a way to disable it. If you go to the lounge (the one on the bottom, not at the mountain area) there will be a yamachan statue. If you click on it, there will be a prompt that says "Disable Yamachan visits" :) she is very much a nuisance so i understand,,, hope this helps!
