How do I texture the INSIDE of my foundation?
Below my house foundation I have a basement I would like to have stairs leading down too. But it looks like this inside the foundation! It's grey and untextured and I can't texture it! It looks dreadf...

First you have to section off the part you want to place the stairs. I removed the front wall you you can see better.

Then use the sledgehammer and remove the floor.

Add your foundation pattern

Delete the walls around where you sectioned off, except for the exterior walls if any. You can leave the walls if a room is right next to the step-down.

Add your basement, stairs, step-down stairs, and your floor tiles. You can turn your stairs any which way as you see I did it differently this time.

Add some fences if you want.
Sometimes I make entire step-down rooms.
