How do I unlock all clothes in CAS?

i've got a household that has unlocked all the career specific clothing (and more, like the festival shirts and mime outfits) that sell everything in their retail store. just have to decide what outfit i want a sim to wear, play the household with the store, edit the outfits on a mannequin to fit what i want the sim to buy, then swap over to the purchaser household and visit the store. not exactly the easiest, but it gets the job done.

and somehow, i occasionally do have all the outfits unlocked on various (mostly unplayed) households i go to edit, but still have zero clue how they pop up. wish i did know 'cause that would simplify things so much...

@paradiseplanet: I think they're referring to the "living statue" outfits (cowboy, astronaut). Think you can get them by watching and/or tipping the performer?

Ohhh, those outfits! Yeah I already know how to unlock those, by tipping the living statue people while you're watching them performing.

Do you know how to unlock the clothes of the other NPC? (example: cleaning service attire, pizza delivery shirt, etc.)
