Bloodlines are just subsequent generations of Spellcaster children. In other words, the first generation born to spellcasters are a weak bloodline - that generation give birth to a strong bloodline - and those sims' children are ancient bloodline. After the first generation, it doesn't matter if they are spellcasters anymore. They just have the trait and would be excellent spellcasters.
