How do you adopt a stray?
My relationship with the stray is 100. I took it home hoping the option to adopt would pop up but nothing. Anyone know?

What strays? The only time I've seen any is if my sim lives in the Bay, and then only a few cats. No animals in unplayed households (other than those in families) except whiskers the cat and maybe a dog.
