How do you create drama in The Sims 4?

In the save I've been playing nearing two months now- started on April 14- two sims in the family ditched their wives and children and married older men! Lol. :) I rolled with it since I don't control them. I'm kind of scared of what will happen once I have Julian and Nadia Adler move out on their own. I'm playing Julian, his cousin Aidan McConnell and two women until both couples are married and expecting, though I kind of want to keep them together. Aidan is in my avi with a woman named Victoria Faulkner. They'll be bringing in the SIXTH generation of the family I'm playing! (but not until they're dating, engaged, or already married)
Edit: to be fair, I started the save with a small family of three and the parents had a second child, who was a son. Their daughter was who I continued with and she married someone she met in daycare named Anthony McConnell. They had three kids and a grand-total of six grandchildren! There's only one set of twins in the entire family and the boys mentioned above are the children of each twin.
