How do you deal with customers who are celebrities?

Question

The last time I had a sim own a store was way before Get Famous was added to the game. I now have a sim start another store, but this time she sells paintings. But I have run into something that being celebrity customers, which don't give my sim the normal customer interactions. Here is a picture of my problem.

How can I get my sim to interact with her celebrity customers?

This is mostly unrelated, but...Judith Ward died in the storefront I upgraded Erwin Pries to. I like to think it adds a new appeal to his Curiosities Shop. People can come see her urn, mourn her, and now his shop is haunted by a global superstar. His store is famous now.

I had to ask them to leave, they never bought from me and distracted customers. Though in order to interact with some celebrities you need some relationship point with them. Spamming ask for autographs and selfie helped my sim before, to SLOWLY befriend a celebrity. What does ‘more choices’ give you?
