I play the max credits, but I agree with you. It's very boring, the pack was fun to play in the beginning but now when I have seen most of it all activities and organizations feel pretty boring.
Reading 4 courses is not too difficult once you know what to do, but the problem with that is that you just end up doing tasks over and over again, and that's not what The Sims 4 is good at, the game is good for creativity and building relationships etc. not do tasks, and if you live in the dorms then you will just end up being annoyed at all the roommates who are useless.
It's also one of the packs that I feel suffered a lot from The Sims 4 not being open world.
