How do you get these sim toys?
I saw some toys in others builds, and I was wondering how you get them. They are 1) The Victorian lady doll with hat and 2) the fearsome dragon toy. Do you find them somewhere or do you make them?

So I recently discovered the lady knight doll and I thought it was so cool, but you can't put it on a shelf or interact with it at all, so I enlarged it to make it into a large display for my sim's kid's room!
Pick up item in build mode, hold shift and press the bracket buttons to enlarge or shrink.
