Yeah, I was trying to think of ways to simulate, haha, going trick or treating with kids in one's own household. I do have an assisted living facility in my Template Save, which is what a lot of my games are based on. I was thinking I could decorate it up and put candy bowls outside the bedroom doors of the elder Sims that live there. A lot of the larger facilities in our town in RL do this, and a lot of the kids just do that. The residents do love to see the kids in their costumes.
There is also a carnival at the convention center here in town. I was thinking I could fix up a community lot with some "booths," games, and of course candy bowls. But I wonder how I could trigger kids to come there in costume.....ah, I wonder if it would work to host a Spooky Party there, and just invite kids? I'd have to get to know more kids than I typically do, but maybe.
