How do you keep track of the learned recipes in city living?

I haven't found a way to keep track of city living recipes in game. Am I missing some tool so that I don't have to keep a separate note on it outside of game?
I did find a way to keep track of the dine out recipes. You take the pictures and it goes into collections. That's handy when I'm ordering to learn new recipes. I wish it was consistent for city living.. or am I experiencing a bug?

    Intuitively I would look in the notebook thing on the phone, have you checked if there's nothing there ?

    I just have spliced plants and fishing in there. He has learned a number of recipes though for CL. I know I can see them when I click on the stove but that isn't always handy.. and I guess it might be tied to cooking level.

    There isn't a place in the game that shows what CL recipes that you have learned. You need to keep track of them yourself.

    For anyone looking for a good way to keep track of recipes you search for the full list of all 27 recipes and if you've already gotten some of the recipes but don't know which just click on a stove and see what you can cook

    I have written lists of all the recipes in game. Grilling, cooking, baking, food stalls, experimental, etc. There are so many it's hard to keep track of without notes.
