I DO wish there was an option to transfer funds when moving out, or even an auto-split 50/50. So if you move your kids out to a new house, they take 50% of the house funds with them.
@Beardedgeek That would be a wonderful feature! They all ready have the transfer funds for retail businesses, it can't be that difficult to tweak it a bit, but maybe I'm asking for too much. I also kinda miss the budget panel from TS1. I liked being able to see the breakdown of where my money was going, but I'm also that nerd who kinda wants to add financial realism to the game where sims actually have to take out loans to buy a house.
