Come out of the game. Log out of origin. Then log back in again.
Click the sims 4 picture in Origin. Click the little "i" button that is next to the play button. That will take you to a screen that shows you what game packs, stuff packs and eps you own. Go to the EP pack section, and you will find the EP there. Hover your mouse over it and check to see if it says to download it . If the button says " download", then you can then download/install it there.
If it says " play" , the press the button and launch the game from there. Then test to see if the GTW items are there.
If the issue still remains and the GTW items aren't there , repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
