How do you "rotational" play

RavenSpit...i didn't know there was a introduction sims could do but i will look for it and use it. Should mention that i did get the sims 4 when it first came out but it didn't grow on me so i took a long break from the sims...just came back in October of 2019...so where this series is a few years for most ..(hard to believe it is six years..this is the longest any series has ever lasted) I am relatively new to it.
I have all the packs except eco living and everything functions extremely well for me in game...very happy with it compared to how sims 3 was for so many folks.
I really do appreciate the feed back from so many who have taken the time to reply to this thread. I wondered if many used the club feature with rotational play and it would make sense that it could be helpful for group outings.
