How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

Boo, I'm sorry. Those effects tend to occur when a lot has particular traits boosting a skill, maybe remove the Lot traits?
