How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

It's about time they fixed this so that it is removable with the hide headlines cheat. So annoying that you have to either get rid of the lot traits or use a mod to hide the effects.
