How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

I'd also like to see this effect changed or the ability to be turned off with the cheat. I never use skill boosting lot traits because of this effect. :s
