How do you use clubs in your game?

Career clubs.
I have a couple of lots that are designed to look like work places and I have sims in the same career meet up and get to know each other and practice their skills.
Eg. On the ground floor of my office block is a dining area with bar and chefs kitchen station. My culinary sim and his work mates meet there and cook and make bar drinks and chat and eat and drink.
I see them meeting up there in their chef outfits (club uniform) when I'm playing other households so it looks like sims are employed there and there's free food and drink available when they've made stuff!
I have a military base that is a gym, all soldier sims meet there in their uniforms and work out.
Business sims meet at the office and do computer stuff. Criminals meet in the basement where there's a punch bag, a computer and workbench (and also a stolen ATM and bags full of money lol).
I have a place for most careers.
