How does the community feel about TS4 chance cards?

I could quite care less for chance cards, especially when they disrupt my gameplay and all I wanted at that moment was to just have them get that promotion finally. That's why there should be the Ignore option for people who don't want to chance it. If I wanted to take the risks involved in the cards, I'll pick an option; if I don't, that's fine by me if I could ignore it. If ignore options do return, then tweaking the risks in the cards wouldn't hurt.
