How far apart do you imagine each world within Sims 4 to be from each other?

I love the map that has all the sims games on it! Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated since Sept. 2016 so a few recent towns are not on it yet. The creator of the map has recently stated a few more towns need to be added to the game before updating it again (it's a big job!).
