How heavily modded is your game?

I wouldnt say Vanilla is drowning, but there certainly isnt anyway I could see myself playing without mods. I have a teeny tiny bit of CC, mainly mens clothes, mens hairs, piercings and tattoos but most of my non vanilla are gameplay mods, ones that can be named and the ones that are fun ??
