  • There should have been an 'other' option. Personally, have aging off for eveyone.
  • I used to play on super short but have since started using the longer "normal" length lifespans.
  • Custom.
As long as it takes to learn toddler/child/whatever skills and complete at least one aspiration. Most of my sims are immortal, though, and won't age past young adult.
I will only ever turn on aging for NPCs if I want them to either be in the same life stage as my sims, or die of old age.
  • YA length on Long is now 112 days. If my Sim can't do it in that amount of time, it can't be done. ;)
  • I used to have it on Default Medium life span, but ever since the team increased their life spans and I used MCCC to fiddle with the in game time, it drags out too long for me. Its at Short for me now and its alot better for me.
  • Aging off for me as well. I age them up if/when I feel like I want them to move forward in their lives. I also play rotationally, with my own Sims occupying most residences in each map.
  • I play with aging off and age up accordingly. I'm interested in playing with Normal lifespan in the future though.
