How many levels of basement are possible now
Ok, I was always under the impression you could only have two levels of basement but the game just let me build a third so how many can you have now? All the google searches come back with pages sayi...

I think it's 4, but you can only put a swimming pool on levels 1-3 if you're so inclined.
