How many of you have turned Magnolia Promenade into residential

Did you like it as a residential area? I'm in the process of trying to find houses that would suit the area. Anyone got pictures if you have, I looked at past posts, but no one put up pictures o...

I don’t play the retail part of my game, so I usually create extensions of my game world in Newcrest and Magnolia Promenade. Right now, Newcrest is “Mooncrest,” a modern spellcaster/magic town with Magnolia Promenade serving as the town outskirts. Currently there’s an apartment, a haunted graveyard, a Magic Store, and the recently added Noir Club In Magnolia Promenade.
