How Many Scenarios?

So far I've done Millionaire 2 times and Plant Sim once. If the frog one ever comes back, I'll probably do that - I was tempted but I couldn't decide who to use.

I don't like the idea of the limited time scenarios. I'd rather do what I want whenever I want. Yes, I can start the scenario and then finish it later, but what if I don't like the sim I chose as a placeholder to start and then freeze the scenario?

Wow, I can't see me completing the millionaire one for a long long time, I certainly couldn't do it twice.

I don't understand the need for them to put out limited time scenarios, it is not a nice thing to do. Especially since the code remains in the game afterwards, there is really no reason for them to block the access for players.

I am thankful for the mod which unlocks them. And once they are started, the mod can be removed.

The plant sim one is the only one that appeals, but I haven't been playing as often lately and when I do I stick with the goals and plans I already had for my sims. I'll get to it someday, and maybe some others in time.

I've only complete Frog Fanatic. I finished it within a sim week but it was enough to hold my attention until I decided what else I wanted to do.

I do plan on playing the rest of them eventually.

Hee hee, I tend to get bored at some point during the Millionaire scenario. At that point, it's anything goes. With my first go thru I had a kleptomaniac sim who kept stealing from everybody. I put vaults into several houses and filled them with cash. Once I felt I'd made my sim and her roomies suffer enough, she started dipping into those vaults till she got her million. It took 43 sim days. With my second go thru, I had a group of sims on a lot in Sulani. I set them up as castaways and they were pretty pitiful for quite a while. I had them growing plants and finally downloaded a few money trees. It still took them quite a bit of time to get over that million, I think it was around 40 or 50 days. Then I had one of those sims turn into a Plant Sim. I completed that one in 19 days and learned a lot about gardening. I am now very tired of that particular group of people. ;)
