Wow I would have never expected so many people who enjoy a full house. I guess I may be doing something wrong :D

wellllll how many do you enjoy playing with :)- I think 4 or 5 is the sweet spot but I can rarely keep my families that low cause I have a thing for getting sims pregnant....oops haha! So i’ve gotten used to family’s of 6 or 7 but I prefer a lower number. I once had a household with 4 toddlers and 3 adults - now that was hard!
- I think my sanity can only be so stable with up to 5 sims... I sometimes play extended families and I had a full household with my current family during the second gen. It almost killed me having 8 diff sims of all ages running around under one roof.
Never again :s - Eight when there are children and older, but I can handle only two toddlers at once.
- I'll have to admit to being a micro-manager when it comes to sims, so 1-2 is comfortable for me.
I did once have a family of 5, two adults and 3 kids and what made me laugh most was the amount of laundry produced; the washing machine seemed to be on all day every day and it just reminded me so much of my sisters household, it was all too realistic. - My household in my current save fluctuates in size as kids age and get married, so I often max out the size and have to move them out.
- Dreamprisoner7 years agoSeasoned AceI can 'handle' four. I can keep 8 alive... but their quality of life would be questionable.
- I put 4 but I think I should have put 3. I currently have a household with 7 sims and a pet and it's super chaotic. Not doing that again. >_<
- Even though I tend to really focus on one sim in a household, and play with full autonomy, I just have an instinct to want to control all of them and make the best use of their time. I think it does lead to me being less interested in a family when I don't feel dedicated to all of them or don't have some active story in mind. Something to get over though, because playing with more sims does sound like fun.
