It’s getting on for two months since For Rent came out and I’m really curious as to how much those who bought the pack are actually using it. From what I’ve read, it seems that a lot of simmers are avoiding using the pack, and some are even uninstalling it. I personally haven’t touched the main tenant/landlord or rental content since I first tried it when it came out, but I have been using some of the BB, CAS and lot challenges. I haven’t actually experienced any bugs or problems in my game so far.So how much are you using the pack right now? It would be interesting to know if your decision is based on what you’ve experienced personally (too many bugs or broken saves) or because you’ve been put off by what you’ve read others have experienced. Or if you are playing with tenants/landlords/rentals, are you actually experiencing any bugs? Our answers will hopefully all change whenever they fix the bugs.This poll is really for those who bought the pack, but I’ve added an option for those who don’t have it so everyone can join in.

I’m only using BB, CAS and some lot challenges. I’m avoiding using the rental system right now because I’m worried about doing lasting damage to my saves. I’m really looking forward to the issues being fixed.

I love the Build Mode Objects, CAS & Traits. However, I feel like it's like an extremely expensive Stuff Pack instead of an Expansion Pack due to the new Apartment Rental & Tomarang being glitchy. I've even advice my daughter not to get the pack yet until it's finally fixed. She agreed to wait.

I did play as a landlord for a couple of days after release. I used one of the residential rentals that came with the game. There wasn't much noise about the bugs then but I stopped because my sim had too many other things on her plate and just didn't have time to be a landlord.I am enjoying some of the other features though.

Interesting that the game crashes when building in Tomarang — I didn’t realise that was a problem too. But Tomarang is definitely very beautiful.

I haven't bought the pack in part because I'm waiting for a sale as it's not a must-have for me, but also because I'm terrified of the current bugs messing with the save-file and slowly working on.

I have enjoyed playing as a landlord but I've discovered once I change a lot to residential rental I can no longer change it to something else. This limits how much I play it.

Retail locations stopped working for me after downloading the pack and my game has started crashing,even when playing in other worlds.

I do want to add that while I'm hardly using the landlord/tennant system in game and not in play at all, I also have no interest in playing as a landlord... and I rarely play in apartments anyway (Just spent entirely too long playing in San Myshuno with reminders as to why) so I wasn't buying it for the rental gameplay, but for the build option... which, admittedly, is still bugged, but since I'm not using them, I'm praying that I won't get hit with too much save corruption.

Not only have not bought it, refuse to do so until there is solid word that the multitudes of reported bugs and glitches are resolved. Have seen nothing to date, as though they don't want to admit it's broken.

I haven’t played in about 3 weeks or so now, but am anxiously awaiting the fix for lots coming up, and any other fixes that will keep from corrupting any of my saves! They have a laundry list out now.

I've been avoiding playing it since I experienced some of the bugs, and I really want to get back into it as have so many plans for it. I made three lots row town houses in San Sequoia only and I reach the maximum I can without experiencing the save corruption issue.
Tomarang I have turned to all just residential but I have three there that are supposed to be residential rentals, and I want to make more apartment buildings in other worlds, but I feel like I should wait until its all worked out. Fingers crossed it's fixed soon??

Same here, I want to make some more apartment buildings too, and be able to download ones that work too.
