@GalacticGal I had to switch over to the Ea app with my laptop that is just over 6 years old. My laptop had a huge problem after installing the newest windows and had to have a complete factory reset done. I saved my ea folder in documents to a harddrive and then did the reset. Installed the Ea app ( origin was no longer available) and have had no issues so far. Its been painless. Once everything was installed and I ran the game for the first time, I replaced the ea folder with my harddrive one and it was as if nothing ever changed ;)
