How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

@calaprfy - nothing would make me happier. I enjoy the Asian/Middle Eastern Townies in my game but would I don't want all Townies to be of the same descent - I want a good mix of everyone to make the genetics fun to play with :)!
