How often do sims die in your game? part 2
So, I'm saying "part 2" because I remember asking this question at least two years ago when not a single sim would die unless it was because I intentionally killed them. Now it seems as though sims...

Maybe I didn't explain my question well since I've seen this a few times. It's not my sims who are dying, the ones I currently play or the other sims of mine in the neighborhood that I eventually rotate to. And yeah, I keep aging off as well. Also they never get to make any food other than salad until they have 5 in cooking, a smoke detector directly above the oven, a working shower nearby, and a sprinkler system installed :D And I don't trust fireplaces either from what I've seen on YouTube. Then again half the stuff on YouTube for the Sims is staged.
The sims who kept dying are one's I've never touched. My sims have talked to them and know who they are, and consider some friends, but that's about it. But from what I can tell, turning of neighborhood stories has stopped they wave of death that was starting to happen. Although now I'm getting calls telling me about the new babies, but when I check there aren't any, so hopefully that irons itself out.
I love the idea of neighborhood stories, but with it turned on it is nonstop death for npc sims, and babies, so many babies. There are still a few lots I need to "fix" that have 2 parents and 6 kids, there were a lot more until I fixed those. I just think the execution of a good idea wasn't the best it could have been.
