With mods installed I noticed that accidental deaths are much more frequent, particularly the emotional deaths. I often have to actively manage my sims emotions in some situations so that they don't end up dying on me. But in general with the pack collection I have and the various hazards they introduce my sims are often on the verge of dying either by seasonal causes, flies from the garbage cans, even fire has become more of a threat from sources like the fire pits, fireworks, and the dryer, on top of stove related accidents (which have also increased as of lately).
