I fill about 1-3 slots for each category. Depending on where they live I change it up every second season. Halfway through Spring they'll change into summer wear, halfway through Fall they change into winter gear.
If, for example they reside in Sulani, they'll only wear summer attire. I don't mind letting them run around in their swimwear either. I'd do that too if I lived in Sulani.
