How tall is a standard Sim?

You could put a sim against a patterned wall and see how high he gets. Kind of like a height chart. I think the wooden siding wall covers would be good for this.

I read somewhere that all adult Sims are 6 feet in scale. Not sure about teens and kids.

A female sim when imported into blender is almost 2 meters tall, which equals 6.5 feet.

They should add different Sim heights. I have want this in a new update since Sims 4 came out. But Idk. We will wait and see.????

No thanks, that would require a complete rework of virtually every animation in the game and of all the clothing in CAS. It’s not worth it. I would much rather time, money, and talent be spent elsewhere.

Well, if they add a shorter teenage height, they could add heights like short and tall. Basically short adults would be teenage height and short teens would be child height. They don't need to re-work all clothing, like with real life short sims would only get to wear clothing fit for teenagers.

Going by those Blender measurements a teen to adult sim is about 1.87/ 1.88 m ( 6 foot 1 ) tall.

Part of the reason Sims are so 'tall' is so we can see them more clearly. Height Sliders would be nice, but there's other things that need doing first.

So if you really want height added to the game, tell EA that there's no rush, and it'll be the next thing they do.

That or the TS4 teens are 18-19, while the TS2 ones are 15-16.

They would have to add a whole new category of clothing because according to what people say they, want teens would be shorter than adults but taller than kids. Kids and toddlers are already separate clothing categories from T-E sims and they have very little to pick from and get almost nothing in dlc releases. So now we would have third category of sim with like 4 shirts, 5 pants, and 3 full body outfits and when we got new dlc they might get a shirt, or a pair of flip flops.

Also as I said it would require a massive overhaul of nearly every animation in the game.
