First of all she will want to visit the graveyard
to visit her late husband who may or may not be alive but she does not know that.
then she will head to the knitting circle with fellow old ladies and get many presents of yarn.
then she will have tea and cake with someone proper and suitable exactly at 4 o'clock.
upon leaving she will encounter Unsavory Charlatan and bag slap him.
Unsavory Charlatan will offer her flowers in return
which she will grumpily accept only to sell at her gardening stall.
She will spend rest of the day at the gardening stall, as usual, no need to fuss over birthday.
at evening there will be a huge surprise party arranged by Agatha
with all the activities which she will absolutely detest.
She will go home before night and grumpily sleep.
until Vlad creepy walks in. following hours are mystery.
Grim reaper arrives at 3 o'clock and tries to collect her dusty bones
but then realizes she did in fact knit a grim reaper plushie earlier that day
which saves her from death, yet again.
Darn it, says every romantic sim in town
as she shows up next morning,
gloomy and grumpy, ready to bag slap everyone, forevermore.

LOL, that would be a really interesting birthday! :) In fact, I never thought of the graveyard, and I don't even recall if I ever played her two long-gone husbands. They should both have a grave, and Agnes would still miss her men, but if I remember correctly they died in some TS3 world that is no longer in my game. Agnes had a son in my game, but it is a mystery and some say it was a science child created only for her to avoid Agatha being the sole heir to Agnes' fortune - which is actually astronomic. Hm, maybe one of her late husbands have a grave in Ravenwood...
