How to do Rotational Families with Seasons?

This is difficult. The way I like to imagine my game is that I'm playing all my households in the same time era, as if time was standing still until ive completed a rotation ie. Every household would be played for a week during summer and then on my next full rotation each household would be played in autumn etc.
But since I rotate around maybe 20 households this would mean each season would need to last 140 days lol.
