how to do the addition gigs?

I'm now starting to get the addition gigs... I tried one but couldn't get anywhere.. the gig wanted a top floor addition for a new living room that didn't have a upstairs, the wall tool didn't work and couldn't put stairs for the next level... anything with a new level addition is a no go... how do you do a addition if you can't add the new addition for a top living room?

    I did an addition gig and it went okay. It was a room though and the family barely had enough to cover it. I’d assume we are supposed to be able to do something in the house. I had to leave a stupid curtain where the window was in the old layout. So I’m going to avoid room additions for now. I’m not having issue with the general renovations so I’ll keep on those. They are super fun anyway.
