It's funny, I was just wondering how to do this, too. I was playing a sim on my laptop and wanted to copy her and her house to my desktop PC so I copied all the files from the tray folder that were dated for the last day I played her and uploaded them to Dropbox, but when I downloaded them to my PC I only had the house and not the sim. I'm not sure what I did wrong.
I was going to google how to do it, but I got busy and forgot. Maybe someone who knows what they're doing will be nice and give us some instructions. :) <3
