You are a freaking saint! I was starting to seriously get angry with the game because of this. You saved my game from a horrible, horrible demise by neglect! ^_^

    1: Cute Picture.
2: You know what? Just buy them anyways, and if you DO come across a glitch that happened to a sim, (this is something to do if you use cheats) then just press CTRL + SHIFT + C and then type in the box that appears, "testingcheats on" or "testingcheats true", and then SHIFT + Click on that sim, and then click on "Reset Object (debug). And also, see the two uses of the words "testing" and "cheats"? I know I put no spaces between them, but that's how the cheat works.
Only do this if you're the type of person that uses cheats.
3: (No birds were harmed in the making of that name, right? Because you're picture is a cat.) ? ? ?

We still need more designing tools I think especially it comes to positioning of furniture and such....I don't really like using "cheat" options that can probably corrupt my game or create routing issues for my sims

You can hit F5 to get some more freedom in placement of items, so that's one un-"cheat"y way to do it. The bb.moveobjects is generally quite safe if you just build normally anyway, like doors will work even if something's there. The Sims are not as restricted as you might think, despite the game giving you that impression.

If you're using the Sims 3 camera you get even more freedom as it allows free rotation of items if you hold down alt, etc. There are good tricksies around :)
