silly question but how do I get my expansion pack to download?? EA says I can find it in the base games game hub but I don’t see it anywhere. Everything else on google says it should be on EA but it’s NOWHERE

This thread explains how to install packs. When you go to the add on section of Sims 4 in your library, there should be a download button on the pack that you own. By clicking on that, the pack will start to download and install.

If the pack shows as unowned, you need to make sure that you are logged into the same account that you bought the pack on.
If you still have issues finding the pack, try searching for it in the search bar.
