HSY Proms for non-students
If I create a boys only school, can my sim and other students invite non-school teens to the prom?

My Teens graduated early. They immediately went off to Uni, and they still got pop-ups for the pre-Prom parties, as well as to go to Prom. I would have to say, based on that, the answer is yes.
