HSY Proms for non-students
If I create a boys only school, can my sim and other students invite non-school teens to the prom?

I’m curious how you got only boys at your school. I thought the game randomly pulled students into the school. I have several particular teens I would like to show up together at school, but don’t know how to do it.
But, my female teen was able to invite her boyfriend that had never been to the school to the prom. They had a high relationship already in friendship and romance, and he said yes. The day of the prom I moved him in with her family so I could control them both. That way they could vote for each other for prom royalty and I could take pictures when they won. They went to a before prom party having been invited, and they were invited for an after party too, but it was outside in the snow and no one else was there so I just took them to a teen club for a bit. After they were done and got back home I saved the game and then put him back in his own household.
