Human Sims and Full Moon

I've noticed, with my teens in particular because I have a large teen community, that every full moon they kinda semi crouch and get that sick dizzy look without the stars above the head but a grayish mist... what's this about? It never comes with a moodlet or explanation.

I've yet to see kids or adults do this though I've been with my teen cast predominantly this past week. Anyone else noticing this or know what it is?
  • So far, I haven't seen it in my game. But then again, my Sims have been dealing with the loss of two of the four parents between them. Kayleigh lost her mother, and a few Sim days later, her husband, Erik lost his father. The family is reeling about now. I'll keep my eyes open for any such odd behavior, though.

    Hmm...

    I really have no idea...

Was about to suggest Get to Work's sickness system, but then I saw grayish mist part. That I haven't seen before...

Some of the illnesses cause “steam” to come from the sim’s ears or head. I think it’s supposed to be indicating a fever. Could that be it? Odd that the moon seems to be triggering it, and only in teens.

I wish there were more moon effects on regular sims. In healthcare, we joke about the full moon causing crazy behavior all the time.
  • I have noticed more of my sims getting moodlets for illnesses lately. I went a long time without seeing any of my sims get sick and now all of a sudden there's one every other day.
